またご使用の際に使用報告などは不要です。
SNSでの配信活動や動画制作などにご利用ください。
(※強制ではありませんが著作権表示「Live2Dモデル制作：クリエイターチームSTOCK」をしていただけると嬉しいです)
万が一モデルに問題などがあった場合はお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡をいただけますと幸いです。

使用料金
〇モデル購入時にお支払いいただいた金額のみでご利用いただけます。
本利用規約をお守りいただけない場合
〇利用規約に違反された使用を発見した場合、プラットフォームへ該当コンテンツの削除を申請することがあります。
違反が多数あった方の「Vコレ」モデルの利用を永久的に禁止することがあります。
特に悪質と判断した場合や改善が無い場合などは賠償金を請求します。
その他
〇著作権は放棄しておりません。
「Vコレ」「Vコレリミテッド」のキャラクターに限らず、
「Vコレオーダーメイド」で制作したLive2Dモデルの場合も著作権はクリエイターチームSTOCKにあります。
〇「Vコレ」をご利用いただいたコンテンツをクリエイターチームSTOCKから紹介することがあります。
担当者の気まぐれでTwitterやYoutubeなどでコンテンツを紹介させていただくことがあります。
紹介、リンクが困る場合などは予めご連絡ください。
〇アレンジを超えたモデルへの改造やキャラクターデザインを利用してのリメイク行為などはおやめください。
それらが必要な場合はクリエイターチームSTOCKにご依頼ください。
〇免責事項
当サイト並びに「Vコレ」モデルを利用したことが原因で生じたいかなる損害、トラブルについてクリエイターチームSTOCKが責任を負うことはできません。

利用規約について
Q.著作権表示をする場合はどのようにすればよいですか？
A.「Live2Dモデル制作：クリエイターチームSTOCK」と表記していただければ幸いです。
また著作権表示は任意となっております。
Q.モデルにアレンジを加えたいのですがどこまでなら許可をいただけますか？
A.基本的には“色の変更”や“一部アイテムの追加”などであれば問題なくご利用いただけます。
根本からキャラクターが変わってしまうようなもの以外であれば基本的に大丈夫です。
Q.再配布の定義を教えてください。
A.購入者以外がモデルデータをダウンロードまたは使用できる状態であれば再配布と考えます。
例：
素材集として収録し、販売・配布する
Googledriveなどで購入者以外にデータを共有・譲渡する
Q.Youtube配信で収益化することはできますか？
A.可能です。
他にもVtuberとしてグッズを販売することも可能です。
またその際にモデルのイラストを使用することやモデルのイラストを描いてグッズ化することも可能です。
Skebなどのコミッションサイトでキャラクターイラストを有償で描いてもらうことも可能です。
Q.ゲーム制作時にキャラクターとして使用することはできますか？
A.可能です。
完成したゲームを販売・配布することも可能です。

Q.Twitterのフォローやコンテンツの紹介をして欲しくありません。
A.クリエイターチームSTOCKではLive2Dモデルをご利用いただいている方のTwitterアカウントのフォローやYoutubeのチャンネル登録、コンテンツ紹介などを行っております。
それらを行ってほしくない場合はあらかじめお問い合わせフォームからその旨をご連絡いただければそのように対応致します。
クリエイターチームSTOCKから紹介を行ったことによってトラブルが発生したとしても責任を負いきれませんのでご了承ください。
その他
Q.Live2Dデータ(.cmo3)を頂くことはできますか？
A.配布しておりません。
また「Vコレオーダーメイド」をご利用いただいた場合でもLive2Dデータ(.cmo3)は配布しておりません。
Q.パーツ分けイラストデータ(PSD)を頂くことはできますか？
A.配布しておりません。
また「Vコレオーダーメイド」をご利用いただいた場合でもパーツ分けイラストデータ(PSD)は配布しておりません。
Q.同じモデルを利用している人がどれくらいいるのか知りたい。
A.申し訳ございません。それらの情報は公開しておりません。
また使用報告が不要ですので、クリエイターチームSTOCKでも完全には把握していません。
Q.他の人とモデルが被ってしまった！返品したい。
A.商品の特性上、多くの方にご利用いただいております。
自分だけのLive2Dモデルが欲しい！という場合は「Vコレリミテッド」「Vコレオーダーメイド」のご利用をお勧めいたします。
また、基本的に「Vコレ」「Vコレリミテッド」「Vコレオーダーメイド」で購入されたLive2Dモデルの返品はいかなる理由があろうと受け付けておりません。
Q.VtubeStudio以外にも対応して欲しい
A.現在「Vコレ」で使用している多数のギミックとの相性が良いのがVtubeStudioであり、また初期設定をクリエイターチームSTOCKが設定することができるため、購入後にお客様の手を煩わせずにすぐ使ってもらえると考えVtubeStudioを推奨しております。
ただし、お客様がご自身で設定を行う場合はVtubeStudio以外のトラッキングソフトをご使用いただけます。

A.クリエイターチームSTOCKはイラスト・Live2Dモデルの制作を主に行っているフリーランスクリエイターのチームです。

Q. What should I do if I want to put a copyright notice?
A. We would appreciate it if you could indicate "Live2D: CREATOR TEAM STOCK". Copyright notice is optional.
Q. How far would you allow me to arrange the model?
A. "Color changes" and "addition of some items" can be used without any problem. Anything that fundamentally changes the character is prohibited.
Q. What is the definition of redistribution of purchased Live2D models?
A. Redistribution means making the model available for download or use by anyone other than the purchaser.
e.g.
・Sell or distribute the purchased model as is or with any part of the model.
・Use Googledrive to share or transfer data to someone other than the purchaser.
Q. Can I monetize my Youtube distribution?
A. It is possible. You can also sell merchandise as a Vtuber. In this case, it is possible to use illustrations of the models or draw illustrations of the models and make them into merchandise. It is also possible to have character illustrations drawn for a fee on commission sites such as Skeb.

Q. Can I receive Live2D data (.cmo3)?
A. Not distributed. Live2D data (.cmo3) is not distributed even if you use "Made to Order".
Q. Can I receive illustration data (PSD) for part division?
A. Not distributed. Even if you use "Made to Order", we do not distribute the partitioned illustration data (PSD).
Q. I would like to know how many people are using the same model.
A. I am sorry. We do not disclose such information. Since no usage report is required, even the CREATOR TEAM STOCK does not have a complete picture.
Q. It's someone else's same model, I want to return it.
A. Due to the nature of our products, many people use them. If you want your own Live2D model, we recommend using "Limited Edition" or "Made to Order". Returns will not be accepted for any reason.
Q. I want to use something other than VtubeStudio
A. VtubeStudio is a good match for the numerous gimmicks currently used in "Vtuber Collection Monthly". We recommend VtubeStudio because the initial setup can be set up by the CREATOR TEAM STOCK, and we believe that you will be able to use it immediately after purchase. You may use any tracking software other than VtubeStudio if you wish to do the configuration yourself.
